Author Guidelines

The Law and Policy Review is published by Research Africa Online as a platform to facilitate thoughtful analysis and comparative evaluation of interesting current legal issues and policies on Artificial Intelligence and Digital Creativity law.

The Editorial Board will be pleased to consider original contributions of not more than 10,000 words for publication. We expect thorough investigation of the chosen topic preferably from the author’s area of expertise, which will serve as a key reference point of the highest international standard.

Contributions which are not submitted for publication elsewhere should be typed on A4 paper in double line spacing on Times New Roman with 12 points font size on the text and 10 points font size for the footnotes and sent to the Editor as a Microsoft word attachment to submitarticles@researchafrica.online

Special attention should be given to quotations, footnotes, symbols, and references which should be accurate and complete and should comply with the OSCOLA style guide. The publication of a text indicates the author’s consent to the automatic transfer of all copyrights thereto to the publishers.
